"A truly enjoyable experience not only for me but for an 11-year old friend I took to see for her birthday. It was her first ballet. After the performance she said 'I did not like it. I LOVED it!' Thank you so much for making her upcoming birthday such a memorable experience." -Brenda Summerall
"Excellent dancers, their disipline and mechanics of the ballet were fabulous."
"Great performance and exquisite dancing!"
"ONE OF THE BEST PERFORMANCES I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS!"
"The performance was a feast for the eyes and ears from the vibrant costumes and choreography to the brilliant dancing to the powerful score to the wonderful Eastern nuances that this company brought to this well known story!" -

"Eye-popping staging! We travel 175 miles one way to get here and we've never been disappointed in the performances booked by the Spencer. I've heard the Spencer described as the jewel of the West. In this particular performance, the editing of Prokofiev's score seemed pretty choppy. On the other hand, the performance was short enough to keep the attention of a 3 and 5 year old. As always, the staff was pleasant and cordial, full of that Southwestern hospitality."
"A magical performance! I loved it."
"Top quality ballet troupe. I am partial to Russian technique so I loved it. The entire evening was fabulous! I am grateful to everyone who contributed to bringing this esquisite ballet to the Spencer."
"A colorful and fanciful rendition of Cinderella."
"The Spencer Theater itself and the staff were superb as always, but I was disappointed with the Moscow Ballet performance. The dancing was good, but the music track was horrible. There were awkward skips and gaps, which greatly detracted from the performance. Furthermore, many of the costumes were dirty. It was most noticeable on the white and light-colored costumes. I would think that when the audience is charged $59 per ticket, the costume people could ensure that the costumes are clean, and the Spencer would have some kind of quality control to guarantee it. I won't go to see the Moscow Ballet again. (P.S. Because this is the first time I've ever been disappointed in a Spencer performance, I'm going to let it go. But if it happens again, I'll be asking for a refund.)"
"This was our first ballet and it was really great. The dancer's performance was outstanding. The expressions and antics by the stepsister were so funny. All of the dancers did a wonderful job. This was also our first time at the Spencer Theater and it was also great. Excellent seating, lighting, and sound system. I can not make a recommendation for an improvement because everything was perfect. Thank you so very much. See you again soon, Jim Anderson"
"It was a good performance, not excellent. I was annoyed at the stoppage and starting of the music, always afraid it wouldn't start again. The male principle was worth the ticket price. Not the very best dancers, but quite good."
"What a treat to experiecne Cinderella through energy of ballet. The Moscow Festival Ballet gave our hearts and minds a spin and we loved it!" -Sarah Dees
"An excellent performance which our grandaughter enjoyed as much as we did! We are indeed fortunate to have such a wonderful theater and such high caliber perfomances in our community."

"Although the sets and costumes were exceptional, the performances were flawed by a number of small mistakes by the dancers and overall was not a memorable performance."
